Boxflow runs third-party logistics operations and a nationwide staffing business with thousands of employees. Scheduling lived in Excel and time reports on paper, creating manual work, errors, delays and zero real-time insight. Leaders lacked a single source of truth to plan, follow up and understand performance across in‑house warehouses and staffed customer sites.
We built Boxtime, a proprietary platform that unifies Warehouse, Transportation, and Time Management to streamline logistics operations. With tailored solutions for in-house teams and staffing businesses, employees can log hours, breaks, and tasks from any device, while planners get real-time visibility to allocate resources, prevent gaps, and standardise workflows, all in one platform.
Boxflow moved from spreadsheets and paper to an end‑to‑end digital flow. Scheduling is faster, reporting is correct from the start, and check‑in/out is effortless for staff. Management now has clean, actionable data to analyse productivity, optimise staffing across locations and customers, and confidently scale operations.

Staff can check in either via their phones using geolocation, ensuring they are in the right place at the right time, or through designated tablets at each workplace. Real-time attendance logs significantly improve the accuracy of time reporting.
