The project began with an in-depth design phase to explore how the robot's operational controls could be enhanced. Once key features were identified, an intuitive user interface and communication protocol were developed, taking full advantage of the AGV’s maneuverability. The communication protocol enables route planning and interaction with factory robots through an android native app, allowing operators to schedule and manage daily work processes efficiently.

With over 1,000 customers and 37,000+ carts deployed globally, FlexQube aimed to solidify its position as a leader in intralogistics innovation. The updated robotic system, featuring the new interface and control system, has been a tremendous success and is now set to be launched and made available to customers worldwide.
