And with a generative AI-powered chatbot in the claims process, we create an experience where the customer feels understood and guided in a difficult situation.
By acting as a "testing ground" for Länsförsäkringar, Sejfa not only enables a transformation within the parent companies but also provides a unique opportunity for exploring new collaborations, business models, and technologies within the insurance industry.
