A fully digital home insurance tailored for young adults

Large traditional companies are constantly challenged by digital startups, entire industries have been completely transformed by new players who disrupt established patterns. So, what does the future hold for the insurance industry? And how do we respond to the younger generation's lack of interest in complex subjects and high expectations for new digital services?
Solution
Together with LFant (Länsförsäkringar's innovation company) and Tietoevry, we introduce Sejfa. A completely digital home insurance that helps you understand, take control, and keep track of everything included.
Result
By acting as a "testing ground" for Länsförsäkringar, Sejfa not only enables a transformation within the parent companies but also provides a unique opportunity for exploring new collaborations, business models, and technologies within the insurance industry.
Sejfa was awarded the Diamond Prize at The ITC DIA Europe Community – with the theme: "Elephants can dance," illustrating how large insurers drive transformation with innovation.
Through the app, you quick and easily report damages, ask questions, and "supersejfa" your favorite stuff with some extra coverage. As an example of how the service has been adapted for a new generation, Sejfa was also awarded "fastest digital customer journey for the purchase of home insurance" by Avanti.
