Tedx – Imagining the future: an evening of ideas
Some evenings are about answers. This one was about questions. We opened up the Weapp space for an evening of short talks around a single theme: imagining the future.
The line-up mixed voices from design, technology and art, because the most interesting ideas about the future rarely come from a single discipline. One speaker explored creativity as a muscle rather than a gift, and what happens when teams train it on purpose. Another looked at the futures we take for granted, and how the stories we tell today quietly decide what we build tomorrow. A third turned to the craft itself: staying curious, experimenting without permission and letting ideas collide.
Between the talks the room did what our rooms do best: people stayed on, argued, sketched on napkins and swapped contacts. Thanks to everyone who spoke, and to everyone who turned up curious. Imagining the future is a team sport, and this crowd played it well.
